Other Worlds is run by Andy, based in the UK. This page is the short version of how we use information.

What we collect

If you join the newsletter, we store the email address you give us, the time you consented, and the IP address used when you signed up. We also send that address to Mailchimp, who send the letter on our behalf. That is so we can send the letter you asked for, keep a record of consent, and deal with abuse.

The shop itself does not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics.

Why we hold it

Newsletter signups are stored on the basis of your consent. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing hello@otherworlds.co.uk.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your email address. Mailchimp is our email provider; their privacy notice is on their site. If you follow an affiliate link to Amazon, HarperCollins, Waterstones or another retailer, that site will have its own privacy notice.

How long

We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
